A contractual provision in a commercial lease requiring the tenant to adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations governing food service operations. This includes obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits, passing health inspections, and correcting any violations within mandated timeframes, typically at the tenant's sole expense.

Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, comply with all health codes, regulations, and ordinances applicable to the operation of a food service establishment within the Premises. Upon receipt of any notice of violation from a governmental authority, Tenant shall cure such violation within the timeframe specified by said authority. Tenant shall provide Landlord with copies of all health inspection reports and proof of compliance upon request.
