Legal Definition
A clause in a video game tester NDA that broadly claims ownership over all feedback, suggestions, and ideas the tester provides, potentially allowing the game company to treat the tester's own creative input as the company's intellectual property.

Example in a Contract
**Section 4. Assignment of Inventions.** Tester hereby irrevocably assigns to Company all right, title, and interest in and to any and all inventions, suggestions, improvements, or works of authorship conceived or made by Tester, either solely or jointly with others, during the term of this Agreement that relate to the Game or any component thereof. All such inventions shall be the sole and exclusive property of Company.
