Clause 7: Multiple Owner Authorization. If the deceased pet has more than one registered owner, the Pet Funeral Service shall not perform cremation without the written consent of all owners. Each owner must provide valid ID and proof of ownership. Should consent not be obtained, the service may hold the remains until a legal resolution or as permitted by state law.
