Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

A legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship between parties, where one or both agree not to disclose specified information to third parties.

In Plain English

A contract that says 'keep this secret.' You agree not to share certain information with anyone outside the agreement.

Example in a Contract
The Receiving Party agrees to hold and maintain in strict confidence, for a period of three (3) years following disclosure, all Confidential Information disclosed by the Disclosing Party.
