VOLUNTEER ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE. Volunteer hereby acknowledges that firefighting and emergency response activities are inherently dangerous and voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, death, or property loss, whether caused by the negligence of the Department or otherwise. Volunteer releases, acquits, and forever discharges the [Town Name] Fire Department, its officers, and members from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to Volunteer's participation in Department activities, including but not limited to training exercises, emergency responses, and use of Department equipment.
