Franchise Operations Manual Analysis
Legal Definition
The systematic review of a franchisor's mandatory operations manual to assess compliance with the franchise agreement, relevant federal and state regulations (particularly those governing senior care facilities), and to identify operational, financial, and legal risks inherent in the franchise system before purchase or during operation.
